The 7" Android unit in my ZTT decided it didn't want to play tracks from the connected USB stick anymore today. Radio & everything else works fine. Put the USB in my PC and it won't read it. This is the 2nd stick it's killed, anyone any idea why?

No reply from the local manager, so escalated to Royal Mail complaints, just had their legal company on the phone, further details given, will need to send photos. They will investigate and get back to me within 12 days. 
I spoke to the local postie today, he said he had heard it being discussed earlier today and thinks the local manager will be in touch.

10 past 6 I get an email saying "sorry we missed you"

I've been sitting about 5 feet away from the front door the whole time.

Asked my neighbour to check her camera that you can see my garden path on. The fucker just sat in his van long enough to count as being at my address on the system then fucked off.

Yodel took ten days to deliver half a case of wine from naked wines this week. It was supposed to be 14 bottles for Christmas but the multiple wraps of Yodel tape, hole in box and missing bottles together with glass shards and red wine stained labels painted a story.

I was in the middle of a zoom meeting at the time. But the guy I spoke to at yodel later was good. Said that it’s the first destroyed case being delivered he’s had as yodel are not supposed to deliver them, but return them. Offered to send a replacement but I chose a refund for the missing bottles - I took photos on receipt as I was suspicious of the tape snd the very light weight. 
 

evri on the other hand have been great this week.  Is yodel still Barclay brothers?

Evri are usually brilliant here, but a temp guy left a box of blue rolls in the recycling bin with the lid off then put in that it was "left in porch".  All ruined.

Contacted the seller who said "these were delivered on time, see photo, nothing else we can do" and sent a photo of them in the recycling bin.

Returned through Amazon which is royal mail 48 signed for and had em collect it.  Had to wrap the lot in industrial cling film to keep the box / water together but with that attitude they can bite the costs..

It’s very dependent on the local driver . Some are excellent, but I had a couple from eBay delivered * recently via Amazon that never got here. Nor was there any delivery info / photo despite saying delivered. Sellers were fine snd sent replacements. It was nothing expensive either worth stealing.

Our local Evri driver started during Covid using a Passat. I think he was made redundant or something. He has stuck at it ever since and upgraded to a Transit Connect and now a 20 plate Combo. I hope he sticks around as he's really trustworthy and everyone knows him by name now.
