To whom?  Council won't be interested as it's been dumped on private land?  Police?  Given their total and utter disinterest when I've tried to inform them of actual meaningful crimes in progress, yeah not even going to bother thinking about talking to them.

Did go round to knock on the door and ask politely if it could be dealt with in case it was a genuine mistake by whoever they had in to do the work (they had someone in to do it as I saw the van parked there and remembered thinking "Finally!" when I saw it - can't remember the bloody company though!).  Was met with a wall of "Sorry no speak English!" And the door literally slammed in my face, after I'd got precisely as far as saying "Hi, sorry to bo..."

Yeah, I could hear them nattering among themselves while on the way to open the door.  In English.

This is the point at which I would now be dumping it outside their door, blocking the pavement or not!

At which point *I* would inevitably get clobbered by the authorities for fly tipping!

... Annoyingly entirely legally as that would be on public property, and I'd be the one who put it there - and they have a Ring doorbell so would have nice video evidence of it.

If I had any idea how to find out who the landlord is I'd be tempted to write to them, but for all I know they're the ones responsible.

Just request the title register details from  land registry, it’s all online and costs £7

Good morning to everyone except the fuckwits that broke into the garage / storage. 2nd time this year. This time it’s the house that’s used as storage not the garage itself. Door smashed in.

First time a friend lost upwards of 10k in rims. Now they took a Chinese replica wheels that are the summer set for 159.

Waiting for cops to arrive.

Fucksake.

Add two freshly re-upholstered steering wheels. If I manage to find the fucking scrotes, *redacted*.

I may have broke my index finger smashing things in rage.

I have a knock on the osf suspension on the range rover of too many wheels.

Can I find out what it is? Can I buggery! New arb droplinks, new hockey stick bushes, rebuilt panhard rod, shock off and on again half a dozen times with different bushes, all track rod ends checked, all bolts checked, springs checked, even engine mounts and gearbox cross member.

It doesn't often give me these sorts of problems, but when it does...🤬

borrow one of those fucking massive shredders that throws the shredded material out up really high, point it into their garden, and go for it.

If anyone whinges about it, you were clearing up their mess and returning it to them as you are required to by law.

Problem is, it's only knocking on Rh cornering, when you're getting a move on. Corner slower, no knock.

And sometimes it doesn't knock anyway.

I hate intermittent faults

I've just been doing some sums about my total income.

It is a not insignificant amount. I should not be as skint as I always seem to be.

Evidently I need to get better at budgeting.

I find it really useful to keep a spreadsheet that splits out all the household income and outgoings. I then use a number of bank accounts to split out the amounts I budget for - one for bills, one for groceries, one for fuel, one for my own spending money etc., which helps to prevent overspending in one area causing a problem elsewhere.

Money used to run through my hands like sand, but by doing the above over the past couple of years I’ve been able to avoid running out of money before pay day, and even started to have some useable savings for emergencies which isn’t something I’d managed to accomplish before.

I’d definitely recommend giving it a go - managing the money used to cause me a huge amount of stress, I can relax a lot more now that there is a robust system in place.

Postie and colleague managed to smash the drivers side door mirror assembly of the T4 yesterday. They stopped, colleague got out, looked, got back in the van. Thankfully witnessed by a neighbour. I drove around looking for them and spotted my usual postie. She gave me the name of the female colleague, took my number and said that she would inform her manager. Tried to call the local sorting office just now as nobody has called. Can’t get an answer. Called Royal Mail fleet who will investigate and will pass it on to their legal team.

Fucking wankers.

Microsoft produced a program to do this years ago, MS Money. I still use it daily, to mirror my 5 bank accounts (business & personal) and our investment a/c's.

We've got a bloke in doing some groundwork in the garden.

I said "I know the grass is going to get fucked up, but make sure you put some boards down in front of the patio because that's where the dogs go in and out. The rest doesn't matter"

"Yeah no problem"

They're in there now ....laughing at you .... mocking you ..... chuck it back over their fence. Then fill their wheely bin up with your hosepipe and prop it up against their front door so it floods the cunts when they open it.

The 7" Android unit in my ZTT decided it didn't want to play tracks from the connected USB stick anymore today. Radio & everything else works fine. Put the USB in my PC and it won't read it. This is the 2nd stick it's killed, anyone any idea why?

No reply from the local manager, so escalated to Royal Mail complaints, just had their legal company on the phone, further details given, will need to send photos. They will investigate and get back to me within 12 days.
I spoke to the local postie today, he said he had heard it being discussed earlier today and thinks the local manager will be in touch.

Fucking DPD are a bunch of shitehawks.

Parcel due today. Between 6 and 7 it says, fine.

10 past 6 I get an email saying "sorry we missed you"

I've been sitting about 5 feet away from the front door the whole time.

Asked my neighbour to check her camera that you can see my garden path on. The fucker just sat in his van long enough to count as being at my address on the system then fucked off.

At work we have a multi page spreadsheet on libre office for income, expenses, credit card etc as I find it easier to see an instant snapshot of where we are than quickbooks.

. I have a simpler one for home with fixed outgoings, credit card spending etc. against income, savings, etc.  as ever I’m a mr macawber figure From dickens. Income v expenses.

Yodel took ten days to deliver half a case of wine from naked wines this week. It was supposed to be 14 bottles for Christmas but the multiple wraps of Yodel tape, hole in box and missing bottles together with glass shards and red wine stained labels painted a story.
