It never fails to start, but a suspect idle control valve is causing it to hunt a bit and idle a bit rough. This in tern has prevented it getting through the emissions part of the MOT, cause it needs to idle more steadily, vs hunt. 

It had a replacement PS pump last year, but when they put it back together, the alternator doesn’t seem to want to charge the battery now… I personally feel it needs taking off and the wiring looking at, earth strap etc… it was fine before being taken off the car. 

The battery was new in November too…

Finally, the handbrake needs looking at as it’s very weak and not up to mot standard. It’s most likely needing freeing up after winter and being parked up.  

Common issues for a 480. £1,000 is very reasonable If it's as solid as it seems.

Look at this fucking Walt. 150mph… went off the clock… BULLSHIT!!!
