(Block paved driveway not included)

These are quite appealing, especially with the Alfa Sud/33 running gear.  If I had the space and cash....

Did you know there was a plan to re engineer the Minari concept to take Subaru Turbo running gear and badge it the Delfino Feroce (not to be confused with Ferrero rocher, the Ambassador will happily spoil you with chocolates he ain't stretching the budget to a sports car). Delfino Feroce translates to Ferocious Dolphin which is just fucking stupid, no wonder it never got off the ground!

1985 citroen 2cv dolly 1 owner from new | eBay

I knocked on the owner of this car's house a bit back to see if they wanted to sell it. Lovely lady, but she was asking thousands for it. Sadly it's ended up at the breakers, hopefully someone will save it though.

Thats expensive for a car thats going to need 'everything' though - Look at the rear sweeps breaking out with rust, thats means it'll need boot floors, box section, inner wings etc as minimum. Oh and those extra bendy fill in A panels being bent mean the chassis is bending or broken as well usually.  Easily saveable with everything thats available nowadays, but its far from that price, id pitch it anywhere from 600-1500  at best

It's really quite bad underneath, I'm sure they'd had it restored a few years ago too. The mileage was genuine by the way. No idea how much they got for it, I would guess a couple of hundred quid at most. She did say they were considering ringing Matthewson's and look at putting it through their auctions, but obviously hasn't happened.

Interesting colour scheme.

That's ace, the seat colour of the middle of the seats looks like the carpet in my nan's bathroom in 1974.

There was an estate round this way on FB in the summer in that colour - first I’d seen and I thought it a custom job. Now I know better- maybe @grizz could use it to match the 206?

Yellow fibreglass  wedge with added grunt

"In the 1970’s Lotus made some Rover V8 demonstration vehicles for the USA market since they hadn’t fitted the Elite/Eclat with the intended 4 litre quad cam V8, instead using half the engine as a solution to the 1970’s fuel crisis."

Is there any truth in that, or has this guy created his own fantasy?

So, that AI eBay listing bollocks.

Just for amusement, I've been on it to see what it would come up with for my 1998 A4 1.8t. This, ladies and gentlemen, is it.

"This elegant Audi A4 saloon is a fine example of the German automaker's excellent craftsmanship. With a sleek blue exterior and a spacious grey interior, this vehicle can comfortably seat up to five passengers and boasts a manual transmission for a truly engaging driving experience. The petrol fuel type delivers an efficient and smooth ride, making it perfect for long journeys. Additionally, the four doors provide easy access to the vehicle, making it a practical and convenient choice. Whether you're a fan of Audi vehicles or simply seeking a reliable and stylish mode of transportation, this A4 model is sure to impress."

What a fucking time to be alive.
