I was run off the road a few years back following another car on a 50 mph dual carriageway way with average speed cameras, as we reached the far end ( chevrons on inside lane) a 4x4 that had been creeping past decided to move left into meet forcing me off the road  ( tyre rash on front enge of drivers door, front indicator ripped out passenger wheel bent as I hit kerbs round storm drain)  police attended said I was blameless ( didn't prosecute other driver) circa £800 damage scuffed tyre on 4x4 other drivers wife ( front seat passenger) said it was my fault as i obviously wasnt going to slow down to let them in & i turned right onto them!

4 months later insurance decided it's 50-50 so no increase in premium as your not covered for own repairs!

the insurance industry in general who you decided to defend.

Not true, it’s a shambles at the moment. Worst I’ve seen it in over ten years.

Once again, all I’ve done is state facts in the interests of LBF not buying a car on the basis of being able to insure it at a reasonable cost if he’d forgotten to declare the modifications.

From the way that reads I get the impression the seller is one of our friends from east of Ipswich, rather than a thicko.

The Netherlands Peugeot 405 x4 SRi. 1990. 185500 km

Advert says there are only 2 in the Netherlands in this spec. It says the 4WD is switchable. I had a GLx4 that was semi permanent . So maybe that is what the advert means. There is no actual knob or switch. It has stood still for more than 20 years, thus there is still some work to be done. FWD  system works well, the car has almost 2 years APK (MOT).

Price € 2950.

Only 5 images and most not great. Why cannot they do better?

I like very much.

That sounds like a scam, it makes the Nigerian emails look well written.

You'll need all of your brave pills for this, I reckon. Can't be too far from the Mersey though, so if it does run/drive you can throw those rear chrome arch covers straight into it.

These AI generated descriptions need to stop. Probably the cheapest V12 you can buy though.
