This is a new one on me.

Yes, it's a mid-engined "SUV" Kei.

What a curious little thing. I love it! Mid-engined AWD ffs!
The current Mrs_KJ would enjoy it, too. It would be about £4500otr in UK, for a 660cc toy. That's tough to justify.

I've had my eye on this all week, and having tried and failed to persuade Mrs_KJ that we REALLY need it, it's over to you lot:

It's the first time I've heard of one in the UK. Be quick, it ends tonight.

Sincere apologies if one of you had already spotted it and shared, I've not been here much lately.

If anyone does it buy it, there's a 'hack' where you can buy side panels from Temu or somewhere that are pretty close to the Honda ones you can't get now.

It's got a pit bike engine (which in a way is a bit of a shame)  but what a classy little runabout that is.

Something odd with that, I don't think that cab ever had Iveco badges but it was built as a Zastava. But not in 1990, apparently. What an oddball. Probably unique here.

Still see the odd one or two in Italy wearing Fiat or OM badges.

Resident Zastava licker, reporting for duty!

They kept making them until 1990, so it’s not impossible to be one of the very last ones. I think that some of the late ones did have Iveco badging as well, so it’s not entirely impossible that this one came with this grille from factory.

It possibly lost Zastava badge when they added that HARKNESS sticker to it, as it went over the badge.

Mother in law had a 1.1 Forte from new BN02 XGG I seem to remember the steering was quite heavy for such a small car

Its odd the whole classic american thing, these types of postwar US cars are worth more here now than they are in the states, by quite a lot. And the malaise era of mid 70's to mid 80's is worth far more here than they seem to be in the states. Well worth importing again, which when i last looked into it in the mid noughties, it totally wasnt.
