That's the first of the Scimitar line of sporty Reliants (known as an SE4), it was replaced by the shooting brake  model (SE5).

Never seen wheels like this before. My parents had an XL estate in this colour (or very similar shade) around the time I was born.

Reminiscent of the wheels that appeared on many Vauxhall styling mockups of this period, as seen several times at Vauxpedia FE page (about halfway down the page) but I don't think they made it onto any production Vauxhall.

I think they might be these Dunlops: alloy centre, steel rim.
