Somewhere out there is a Merc S-class with the plate "SCL 455S", but illegally spaced, obviously. 

Thing I don't understand is why, having presumably paid through the nose for a descriptive plate, the owner then decided to hide this by having the plates heavily tinted....

It was minging believe me !  But it has cleaned up ...I did the horse twice, as scrap price for the fiat was 138 quid . Unfortunately its speed limited to 70.. it's nearly ready for an mot now.
