From my travels around Cornwall over the last few days. Most thanks to my much suffering passenger.

I can never find this thread when I need it.

This was my spot last week. Like all my spots, it was at newhaven sainsburys whilst I bought a meal deal.

Went for a bike ride round Dalby Forest near pickering today. Stopped off at Matthewsons to have a snoop around but you can't really access anything anymore.

Did have this out front though.

We popped round the back and said hi to Derek who was at the gate and had a peer inside but I didn't take any photos. There was a fair bit of late 50s stuff getting shoved around, a TR2, Minor van and a Bedford CA.

An actual Rancho out and about? I doubt I've seen one since the 90's....

My brother spotted this on the island today - the rare GSi 3000....it's a bloody 24v one too!

Trudging back from the shops, in the rain, a Robin Reliant © 😁 came flying round the roundabout, first one I have seen in years.

B prefix, old bloke driving, mixture of shoddy black and blue panels.

No photo as it happened too fast and I was loaded down with shopping.

Some spots in Darwin:

Bad photo of a Holden Statesman, which I don't think I've ever seen in the flesh before.

Proton Jumbucks are surprisingly very common, but this is the only bright yellow one I've seen - like a knockoff Felicia Fun.

Driven all the way up from Victoria, a 1995 Mazda 323

A pretty late ('84) Mk1 Land Cruiser

And finally, a 1976 Holden Kingswood Utility

I see these about quite regularly, can't be many still in regular service.

Unless the B stands for 'broken down' then I don't believe their claim of 'A to B Express Travel'.

Ah, but it's not A to B is it? It is A<2>B, which is some sort of mathematical equation that works out your chances of arriving at your destination.

To be fair Royal Mail provided a damn sight better service when its fleet was almost entirely LDV, though that might not entirely be down to the type of van we use. I used to love driving them and was quite upset when they replaced mine with a Transit. Funnily enough nobody else agreed. They obviously weren't better than the Transit but they were more fun.

Similar to an E type Jag, Model T Ford, Bullnose Morris and a Blower Bentley I believe, but less wheels and more irony.

Excuse me whilst I just slip my anorak on.

Being a B reg I'm guessing it was a Reliant Rialto, which replaced the Robin in 1983.
