Spotted on Barnet High Street a day or so ago; one way to avoid the U.L.E.Z. charge.... I've no idea what it is, though! Sorry I couldn't get closer, but I was carrying heavy shopping at the time 

I'm not sure if the owner realised it (probably not) but 441 is the dialling code for Barnet!
