Think I'm OK now... I'm using the incorrect bolts and no kittens have died, so i'm sticking with them.

WANTED-Kia Picanto wheel for 2009 model. Sister has one that comes without a spare wheel (just a tin of tyre gunk) so she would like a wheel  (even a space saver) with legal tyre, for her peace of mind. Thanks

Just curious - do they have a spare wheel well, or a flat boot floor? I have wondered this for some while but never had the chance to check on a modern enough vehicle to not have a spare.

I think my sister said there is a space for the wheel, rather than there is space for the wheel, so presume it has a wheel well.

Lots of moderns have a well containing a big wheel-shaped polystyrene block moulded to hold the canister of gunk. Spare should drop in OK.

My astra has a wheel well, with a compressor and screwdriver and gunk.

They put a well in, because they like to offer you a £90 wheel option - which also deletes the compressor.

Hi, if anyone is able to 'donate' me some old car brochures please. They don't have to be mint condition but I would prefer some from the 70s and 80s. Thanks in advance.

not sure if this'll work, but a friend of mine is getting rid of about 80 Haynes manuals - he's looking for £30.  i'll try a link, but i'll send him in this direction either way.
