loserone Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 MX5 after driving back from Durham last night. 323F 'as found' this morning.A little unsurprisingly after coming back from our afternoon out, next door's corsa C is parked in this spot outside our house, with a note of apologies but "It's going to the garage in the morning and what if it snowed overnight?". That's great, but I'm going to work in the morning too love, and your drive is flat - quite unlike ours!
HMC Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Yesterday, late morining, and we had to drive from northern Germany to southwest England through the weather..... We made it back fine, few bits were a bit tricky but shod with winter tyres we got through!

Shep Shepherd Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 TV2 in Pudsey at 2300 on Saturday night: TV2 in Southend at 0230 this morning, after all the motorway muck which had accumulated on the way home was removed from its bodywork and underside: It's now parked in the next street as the entrance to my courtyard is impassible due to a deep snowdrift and I can't be bothered to wield my snow shovel at this time of day - I'm hoping that a thaw will set in before too long
Shep Shepherd Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Let's not forget The Volvo, which hasn't moved since the beginning of the last week of January:
Alexg Posted February 6, 2012 Author Posted February 6, 2012 Got the Allegro out today. I'm going to a Nissan sales course tomorrow so seems like a great set of wheels to bowl up in. Austat, BorniteIdentity, TrabbieRonnie and 1 other 3 1
55bloke Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Slightly late, but this was the scene when I got to work this morning.

oman5 Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 Despite what people say about ovlovs being good in the snow, they aren't. unless you have IRS which this one didn't.

Zelandeth Posted January 23, 2021 Posted January 23, 2021 Here's the closest we've had here this year... Despite being in the garage, in a car and having left the garage door overhanging, the snow *still* managed to find a way to get down the back of my neck and in my ear while I was working. Here's one from far more years ago than I care to think about. Much to the surprise of everyone, that little car was nigh on unstoppable in the snow.
AxWomble Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Coming down thick and fast in Surrey - travelling to the south coast this afternoon could be interesting!
Andrew353w Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Nothing in north London...yet! I want to go Scoobying in the snow!
Six-cylinder Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 I know I am pathetic compared to some of you, but a sprinkle of snow is better than none here in North Bucks. Forecast says it will snow until 1pm but the temp is +1ᵒ C so it may melt faster than it falls. richardmorris and LightBulbFun 2
