Clio 172/182s are very fussy about plugs and only really like one type. It's a bit like the cat you love and treated once to white fish and now it'll eat nothing else and you hate it for that.

I don't think I've ever spent more than £20 on a set of plugs with no ill effect. Do moderns use fancier plugs?

ECP only list fancy plugs for my OH’s bloody Hyundai i10. Iridium plugs at a tenner each (before discount) in a 1.2 shopping trolley.

Iridium plugs last longer so are worthwhile if it's something exotic with shit access like a Jaaag V12 or a superduper high performance thing that's fussy about plugs, otherwise just use standard ordinary.

Well we're in hospital while my mum is dieing and haemorrhaging blood out of her nose and mouth.

So fun times.

Well the tough old bird lasted the night.
Despite losing plenty of blood.

I'm guessing the thing we're all thinking is coming, but when I'm not sure.

Got to get the car i borrowed that someone hit to the repairers for 08.00 this morning.

Got to get buses and trains home so only took my back door key with me. Shut the front door behind me to find I had double locked the outer door, so I'm stuck in the porch. Rang all my family who have spare keys, but all gone to voicemail.

My grump is that I did THE FUCKING SAME THING 2 WEEKS AGO and had to be rescued by the Estate Agent. And this is the earliest I have had to get up for months.

Part of the endemic of useless people these days. Really good with an iPad and social media but can’t even complete basic physical tasks.

Whatever happened to having your own thoughts but not enforcing them on other people? I’d be eating meat every day at work if I worked there.

I finally blocked a cancerous little youtube this morning after a year of ignoring him. Even in the vacuum collecting world you get slanderous vile idiots it seems. Luckily he and his followers stay in their little echo chamber, but do like to directly refer to me alot...

yep typical large american corporation, I bet having to give us 25 days a year holiday really pisses them off. They've been doing their hardest to make things just that little bit shitter every year. They've ruined our canteen by outsourcing it to a variety of crap third parties, who have double the price and reduced the quality, they've removed our free coffee/tea supply and so on.
Are you in Aberdeen and do they have a white office building on a hill?

Most people were equally useless forty years ago.

My nephew got the all clear after throat cancer 6 months ago, went for results of a check up yesterday to be told it hadn’t cleared after all but had spread to his lymph system and therefore all around his body. They are talking weeks to a few months max. He has two kids under ten and they are unlikely to be able to keep the house once he has gone. To add to the ‘fun’ his other half is waiting for results back on a lump in her breast. I can’t imagine what my sister and her husband are going through at the mo. Life is a fucking shit sometimes.

Perhaps if they’re 41 now then you’d be right there.

Leave a spare set of keys in the porch.

That's just what my sister said last time. But who ever does what their sister says?

But seeing as it has now been said on here, I'll act upon it when I get home. Cheers!

Gutted. Just went to look at a 318is with no MOT on Facebook market place.

I asked if it's still available, he said yes, give me the post code so I said great I'll set off now.

Gets there, only some other fucker had beaten me to it, would have preferred when asked if its still available, that someone was on the way to view it. I knew he'd bought it as the listing changed to sold in front of me.

Nope. It is utter bollocks that people today are any less competent than people of the past. The majority of the population has always been and will always be completely feckless and technically incompetent. I must stop and help people change tyres or similar six or eight times a year, and most people just don't know how to do it or are too nervous to try. There is no generational difference - people in their sixties are as useless as people in their forties or twenties.

It is also utter bollocks that people today are distracted by electronic devices whilst people of the past had no such hinderances. Before smartphones, people ignored each other by watching TV. Before television, people ignored each other by reading.

Just wondered as that exactly describes the company I work for.

They generally didn't have those distractions back then whilst driving.
