It looks like a tool carrier tractor, used for row crops and market gardening, similar to the larger David Brown 2D.

They didn't sell many of them, but some were  being used for their original purpose 25 years ago, 40 years after going out of production. David Brown replaced them in the range with smallish tractors that had a rear lift, but if you needed the rear engined configuration with tools in front of the driver, there wasn't much else on the market except a secondhand 2D.

Nice period shot from the '60's I would guess. Any idea what the car is? Could it be a Bergerac-esque Triumph Roadster?

Mild trigger warning; this is clipped from the headline page on BBC news about Iran/Israel, not intending in any way to detract from the obviously gravely serious story.

But, seeing as this is a car site, what’s this?! Getting mild hints of Montego from that front corner (I realise it isn’t!), presumably something locally made…

Googled it, that matches! Wow, the knowledge on here really is incredible!

The front end of that thing is rather less appealing than the angle in that pic, sadly!

As an old school pug fanboy (with no Peugeots left) I have a bit of a fascination with the Iranian stuff.

This 206 saloon was a good looking car.

Indeed, it now sadly resembles the one sat on by an elephant in the old advert! :(

The stereo in that one is a later unit - 1990s or 2000s at a guess - which is a double-stacked tape and CD player, hence the double DIN design.  It's been fitted (badly) into the space originally occupied by a single DIN radio cassette and pull-out ashtray.  The dashboard would originally have looked like this:

Those filthy capitalist finger traps? No, they're glorious peoples door openers; copied designed by the top most Soviet engineers.

What is this slightly foxed van? Is it a Thames 400E? We're in the north west.
