Im usually not a huge fan of movie cars but always loved the JP Explorers. Something about the color choice, painted wheels and trim, it just all works so well for me. And this one seems to be an extremely accurate replica, making it even better. Unfortunately about 10 times as much as I'd want to spend on one.

Is it wrong that I like this? Do I need to seek counselling?

No - it just puts you into the same zone of the weirdo spectrum as my wife (who lusts after anything smol & JDM - she even once fancied a Suzuki WagonR).

One of these is a dodgy one, I wonder which :-)

Are those the front overiders of a C10 or similar on the rear?

I thing this particular Seville was advertised a few months ago with one of those (utterly wank) spare wheel-like-a-Lincoln kits fitted. Probably explains the gap above the bumper between the oversize-er-riders.

That’s interesting in as much as I’ve never seen a proper cloth seat no sunroof Police 24v before.

Didnt even notice that this could have been a police spec car. The wheels probably dont help.

Anyways.... nearest the bull under eBay 'classic cars' that's not priced at 1p and looks actually driveable:
Corolla £1095 BIN or offer - looks OK "Never left out overnight 1 elderly Owner in Time warp condition Drives very nice, never failed an MOT" -

I posted it up a few months back but can't remember where it was for sale, could well have been eBay, looks quite different now but there surely can't be two of these with N241*** registrations and almost identical mileages so maybe it's just had TLC and a polish in the meantime.

This is local to me. Reckon it's a bit over priced considering it has no MOT? Looks tidyish otherwise. Not sure I cba trying to get an MOT though - my local favourite place is 3 to 4 weeks wait at the moment.

Not that I need another car but after selling my Boxster, I have a free insurance policy that will auto cancel within 7 days otherwise... [/man-maths]

Seems cheap enough, I was only looking at quattros but the cheapest I saw was an older one for £2000.

Bit weird that they wouldn't just put it in for a test as if it passes they could ask significantly more for it? But it's not been in and failed so who knows.
