Those E60s are a lot like earlier BMs.  You get in one expecting it to be 'all that' and they're actually really dull.

Do you think they're dull to drive, or just some have dull bobby basic interiors?

Zetec-engined, very very late Olympic PhII

Mercifully uncut wheelarches, and I even like the wheels. Bet this goes like shit off the proverbial. 100 per cent WOULD ROLL. I reckon I'd not even paint it, actually. A bargain £2900 at present.

I'd love that, have always fancied one, but not the person to look after it these days. I found one years ago when I lived in Chippenham, the bloke was selling a Gilbern 1800GT, which I didn't buy in the end because of the broken back window, but also had a dilapidated Rochdale and Elva Courier in his garden. Regret it now, but instead I bought a Series 1 Lotus 7 so it wasn't all bad.

Toyota Auris?

No it's the Toyota Blade Master, an Auris with the 280bhp 3.5 v6 from the Lexus IS. That's a new one on me

My Lotus loving mate tells me that's the identical engine that's in the Evora. Makes sense I guess as it makes it easy to mount it in the rear as already transverse. Same with the Elise and the k-series.

I've been after a Prius, and the MOT history is okay too...they still do Aberdeen - Exeter flights too I think.

Chances it could do the trip on one tank of fuel? Or would that be the least of my worry's? 🤣

Seems a bit too cheap to not expect major problems but who knows? Quite tempted to go have a look...

one mark 3 ashtray with a clean mot history, various minor fails but nothing worrying, such as the words "corrosion" and "prescribed area" are.

pull off those shit tints on the back windows and there is i think a nice little runabout to be had. if it was mine i'd even get it a proper set of GM hubcaps

cos i do quiet like the look of it.

It's got a set of PROPER Vauxhall hub caps as far as I can tell.  It looks like the 60 bhp single point injection engine.

A nice upgrade is any 14 inch Vauxhall alloy wheels and GSi front calipers and discs. Which just fit nicely.

How much was being asked for the green cortina as sold already

Five grand, did seem very cheap to me by current prices, I was tempted especially by the green interior.

Not sure why they've come out squashed!  Seems to happen regularly to me since the last but one forum upgrade.

Ask Cavcraft he is the expert 😉

Sweet looking in Tango orange, would like to have another, been 30 years, my one dissolved way back then 😕

Why 4-stud front wheels and 5-stud rears? Curiously, the advert makes no mention of this.

It must have a Ventora ( or Victor 3300 estate) back axle , I’m sure they were 5 stud, the same pod as Crestas , Rovers, Westminsters, Jensens and P100s. And obviously something else that’s donated it’s wheels to this thing.

In previous appearances on the thread over the last couple of years, it did have more information of weird modifications, on the positive side , I’m sure it’s getting cheaper.
