I'm not convinced Vanstation have ever actually sold anything.  Their vans are on eBay month after month and all seem to be fucked in one way or another.

I thought traders where supposed to photo stuff for sale with some sort of prep!

soaking wet passenger seat, general rubbish everywhere (fag packet on seat etc) bloody rust stains all over it and cupboard doors hanging off!

if it was hotel room I’d be asking to have re cleaned/ switch rooms/ hotel

I know nowt about owt, but surely on a £ for lb basis this ERF lorry for £3000 has to be the bargain of the century? All up and running apparently

That seems implausibly cheap to me. Like, "there's a 1 missing from the front of that price" implausible.

EDIT: Ok maybe not quite out by that much, but:

The reason that this has only done 8,000 miles is probably because they are utterly dreadful to drive.

I always thought these things were quite nice to drive in comparison to the other stuff of the same age.

Relatively cheap Fiat Mulitplanted into a wall, anyone?

Picture 6 of 8

Fiat Multipla 1.6 Petrol | eBay

'MOT failure - needs 3 x new wheel bearings and a number plate light fitting'

And a n/s/f anti-roll bar pin/bush.

And an o/s/f anti-roll bar pin or bush

Oh, and a brake hose.

Plus the advisories.

@Lacquer Peel @Supernaut @Jim Bell retro version for you, not seen one for ages!

Cheers Aldo. I've already been looking at it. Only on the internet though. I'd already be on my way to fckn buy it if I had 2 grand.

My old man had a first generation Cherry, an E10 which was a hoot to drive, it was nippy and felt a lot like a Mini. When he replaced it with the later N10, I couldn't believe how shit it was in comparison. I remember thinking that the gear ratios had all been raised by the larger diameter wheels, but the body was also a lot bigger and although quieter it was incredibly sluggish, with the controls lacking any sort of feel.

But other opinions are of course available.

I have sorely, sorely wanted one of these for a long time but reading old threads on here suggests they are badly made, thirsty, rust prone and have weird electrical faults.

I think the chances of finding a rear subframe for this FB Marketplace St. Helens based MOT failure are at absolute zero (X216 YWL for anyone that cares). If it was close to me and just above scrap money I would though.
