Shame it's not got wipe down seats really given the love it's getting! I am wondering what it's going to reach, as at £2500 it seems cheap.

I swear an hour ago it was 2,500. Now it's over 4,000!

£4600 at 10pm. This could run and run!

All Polonezes do shit parking.

Sadly I had two of the fucking things, yet have no recollection how. I mean - in 1992, a 21 year old DID NOT go out and think "I'll buy an FSO Polonez".

I'd buy one tonight if they were still at the prices I was paying Back Then (1993-5).  Sadly, Scene Tax seems to have gripped the market, and all those old Pollies and Ladas you couldn't give away are now biting the heels of Cortinas.  Oh well, having Cadillacs has probably* spoiled me for such things anyway.

I have only ever seen one in real life, and that was in Krakow.  I thought it looked kind of cool, but I may have been off me pills at the time.

I believe Pandamonium owned one of these for about 12 minutes.  This can't be his old one though as it still has suspension.

Kia Shuma.  I'm struggling to imagine a more grey car than this, despite the rear spoiler and the stylish* gaffer tape repair to the driver's seat.

Wow, I had to refill my computer with grey after looking at that.

This looks like ideal Cavcraft stock.  2 days' MOT, filthy interior and a mystery starting issue.  It's even in Cheshire.

I know sod all about old Yank crap like this, but £2,050 for this old bucket of bollocks seems vastly over-priced to me.

I agree, it's worth maybe 10%.  Maybe!

Asking and selling prices for Yank stuff seem all over the place.  I think there's a theory (in the seller's mind) that that one could be bodged up as some kind of rat rod as it has separate chassis.

It has theoretically desirable Engine, Gearbox and rear axle, but only for someone with a lot more cash to splash.

With that said, asking prices for any kind of running V8 engine (alone) seem to be in the 1K region - unless it's something like a Jag one where you need all the electronic gubbins for it to work.

Rover 800 Coupes have suddenly started twanging away at my chap, and to be fair, it's difficult to turn down such a hot prospect.

This KV6 has some leg, but looks a bit of alright. I think I'll hold out for a less well used sort...

The Packhard is making me salivate.

What a fucking glorious thing:)

Packard's own autobox mated to this engine allowed the car to function entirely in just one ratio except on hill starts. Never knowingly out-wafted.

That is exquisite.. But so is the sound of one with a supercharger on it;)

I really fancy one of these for when the sun shines.

Perfect really.  The only colour to bother with, leather, hard top as well.  Winner.

This is also rather splendid, but no "hairdresser" roof - so i'm out.
