What makes you grin? Antidote to grumpy thread

I've just had 4 brand new alloys fitted to my Datsun Juke for gratis as every wheel had corrosion on it.

Diamond Cut wheels must cost manufacturers  $$$ in claims. My C class was the same.

This review of a local garage gave me a much-needed laugh.

Just saw one of the horrible knuckledragging shitheads from next door carrying a load of moving boxes down the garden! FUCKING AMAZING!

I'm going to drink an extra beer tonight to celebrate.

Several times now, I have successfully printed documents at home. Printers usually make me so angry that I thought I should probably report an actually-positive experience. Mind you, it does munch its way through black ink rather quickly. So I made the text very dark blue...

It does make me wonder that in this day and age, where we can put tiny little robots inside people to fix medical issues, we cannot perfect a mechanism to put some ink on a bit of paper.

I had the wheels changed on my previous X-trail due to corrosion on warranty and I think this one will go the same way. Cheap Chinese paper wheels.

With the ££'s the Navaro buyback must be costing I imagine the wheels aren't Nissans biggest headache.

I had no idea that 'Buffalo Stance' and 'Bang Zoom (Let's go go)' sampled a Malcolm McClaren song. I loved both as a teenager.

I thought Malcolm McClaren just took a percentage of the Sex Pistols and looked smug on the telly.

I kept clicking on suggested youtube videos for a bit and now I'm watching a man with a moustache eating 50 year old military rations and smoking the fags out of them like they're the best thing in the world. He enjoyed them so much that I've ordered a few out of date lithuanian MREs to stick in the cupboard of the camper van for in case I forget to pack food one day or something.

I discovered his channel recently.  Brilliant stuff, the man must have an iron stomach, probably very easy to cater for though if you had him over for dinner.

Nice hiss.

That cat/printer vid is me and computers/phones/printers! I try to curb my swearing but technology ruins that for me!

I only realised tonight that I've had this car for two years now.  I can well imagine me having it for another two years, nothing else in its price bracket comes close to tempting me away from it.

Spent the evening on PS Waverley

Tremendous!

Last (and only time) I've been on that was about 30 year ago!

My Dad used to have a flat in Kilchattan Bay on the Isle of Bute and I seem to remember the Waverly calling at the Island. If I remember correctly the jetty at Kilchattan Bay was built for the paddlers when they went there.

I need to get round to taking a trip on the Waverly.

Today's grin is I'm off to the East Kirby airshow soon.

^^That doesn't make me grin, not by a long shot

It made me LOL though. Thankfully I didn't hang around to see the driver.

I wasn't too sure I was doing the right thing by putting these wheels on.

But I really quite like them now.

The classic car show at East Kirkby today was mostly Cortinas, Granadas, Minis, some yank tat & a MGB.

Then when I was leaving, guess was just parked in the car park?
