My car came back from the body shop on Wednesday. They did more miles driving it back than I've done in one go in it myself!

Also, just so I know I made the perfect shiters choice, I've yet to see a single other one on the road.

You couldn't re-program the fingerprint scan security system in your car?

If anyone's up for drinking the whole bottle of the really hot one at sf16 I'll give you my car (if you drive me home after sf)

You sure you want to spend that much time in a car with anyone who drank that?

Christmas a bit of a damp squib for me this year on the traditional stuffing my face and spending it with loved ones front, just like last year in fact... not all bad though, Mike managed to find two obscure albums in CD format - Mortiis' The Smell of Rain and Justice's Cross - along with a bunch of Daft Punk CDs.  He also got me an amazing looking twin barrel foot pump for car tyres that looks like it'll outlast me.

Got new boyfriend coming over for New Year so we're going to do a late Christmas Dinner sort of a thing then instead to make up for today.  I've been playing WAY too much Carmageddon:Reincarnation, far too addictive smashy fun and the only time I drink and drive.

My son threatened to buy me Bula Quo for Christmas so I bought it for him as a pre-emptive strike.

We've just finished watching it and it was actually quite enjoyable. It's extremely silly, essentially an episode of Scooby Doo with Rossi and Parfitt instead of Scooby and Shaggy. Worth every penny of £2.13.

Finally completed printing the wedding album for my son & daughter in law.

Started it last January to be in time for their second anniversary in February (2015).

Good Lord!

Couldn't you just imagine what Alan Lancaster would make of that!

I have just been embarrassed, i never get embarrassed, I've just been to a family get together which I went after i finished work, the mother in law was telling me and every one who would listen how much she loved me and is proud to have me as a son. Bless her

The first question following praise like that is definitely "What do you want?"

My tiny son (28 and a fat jabber!) came down for Boxing day and today. He bought me awesome presents, which surprised me, and we stayed up until nearly 4 a.m this morning gassing.  It was utterly brilliant.

It's so good to see him as it doesn't happen very often anymore and it has made my Christmas.

He has just gone now so I am sad :(

Christ, I don't mind chucking £5 at a roffle where someone could just piss of with the money but £400 a ticket (for the BMW M3)?

Looking at that thread, it makes me realise why I love this place so much!

£400 for a ticket? I'd just by 2 cars on here and have a weekend and commuting car!

Rover makes me smile (for now) Whilst on the way back home I left a Diesel Zafira in my dust as his car shot out a load of black soot trying to keep up with me. Then, I had a friendly traffic light shoot with an MG ZR, the lads liked my car and asked me if was the 2.0 T-series, they even found my car on Flickr when someone took a photo of it parked in Birmingham City Centre some years back, their car had the 1.4 K-series but was very quick and a nice looker too. Sweet!
