Remember this thing? I posted the image in another thread just now. Curiosity got the better of me as I wondered whether it was still logged as a car...

Turns out it's a Passat!

It looks as like he's had to do an IVA since though. Good man for logging the make appropriately! DooVLA must have had a chuckle when registering it...

Taking the phrase "that Passat looks like a bit of a shed" into a whole new meaning.

Got called a prick on Twitter for telling someone that I'm not going to help them illegally acquire the ADHD meds I'm on. Their entire timeline is replying to tweets mentioning Ritalin and Adderall asking where they can get them without a diagnosis.

It's currently running a 400+bhp RS4 lump and sits on air suspension. If he removed the shed bits and welded a Passat back on, he'd have a right animal!

Think I watched a video a wee while back about it. I love how insane it is. :D

I'm listening to Genesis 'And then there were three...

Anyway whenever I see a Citroën Nemo, I always hear Scenes from a night's dream...

Odd. 😅

My personal opinion is Steve Hackett was a bigger loss to genesis than Peter Gabriel

I absolutely love wind & wuthering and trick of the tail and still play them regularly.

Have a listen to Lunatic Soul , a thousand shards of heaven

It's on YouTube if you don't have a streaming service

Meanwhile on the Ukrainian version of Harry's farm...

I do wonder what the "legalities" is of it, like your Mr Farmer and you help yourself an APC from the invading Russians and stick it in your barn, then lets say (and hope!) the Russia withdraw the next day or 2

do you now have free APC? are you allowed to keep it?

My Dad got this box of Digestives (12 packs) for around 6 quid at a local supermarket, happy days in my household:

You just reminded me that I had a dream last night, where I said I was listening to a lot of Prog Rock and my friends gave me a list of albums to listen to. However the albums were all shite and I had to avoid everyone to avoid upsetting them.

Saturday just gone my 6 year old daughter did her first motorcycle trial 😀

It was only meant to be a quick play after the proper trial like she had done previously but the local club booked her in for the full monty .
She was very nervous and we had a few refusals to begin with . But to be fair to her some of the sections were easily as tough as adult long distance road trial ones 😬.

But after a few goes she loved it .

She even made it on the Oset cup website !!!

Massive thanks to the Camborne Redruth Motor club esp Howard

watching fantomworks and theyve brought in a 50s chevy pick up

chap bought it after he bought a ferrari for himself :D she wanted a truck

they bought it in and ooh thats rough they took the body off and the chassis was that fucked - when you sat on the outrigger for the cab the rail twisted even with only a person sat on it

sp they threw it away and bought a new frame but as dan described what theyre doing also said theyve buying a newer cab and also they bought a 502 to go in it - well thats why youd throw the orig chassis away then

as im watching the cab they bought is worse than eddys caddy :D

why didnt the customers - if theyre gonna spend that much money doing that why they didnt just buy a lovely truck - as in even a concours one - they wouldnt have to wait and it would be cheaper

insane

I remember the Chevy Nomad they did that got painted the wrong colour and Dan’s solution to the customer was “it looks better after several glasses of wine” 🤔 they still had to pay full price for the job even though they didn’t get what they wanted/agreed.

Also I know classic car restoration is expensive but their prices seem out of this world
