Hopefully it wasnt an emergency.

A while ago I posted a pic in the grin thread of a local landmark giffer house, I mentioned a Fiat Campagnola that was usually there but on the day I'd taken the photo it wasn't.

Well:

that's it. Can't really get a better picture thanks to the location.

Turns out one of the fella's Reliant Foxes is on SORN after its MOT expired. Haven't seen the other around in a bit either.

I looked out of the window last night and this Lovejoy special was outside. It's even stickered up as a local antique dealer, so still working for a living.

Hard to believe that this unprepossessing unit near Neasden has repaired several SMs, DSs, CXs and the rest over the years:

In a change from me just commenting on stuff here's a lazy spot, in Chesterfield last night.

Amazing to think that this is a rarity and potentially fairly valuable car!

The migraine I'm getting from having to look at it might be.

I know, I know, must try harder etc etc.

Automotive cockroach in a fab colour, I can only imagine what the interior is like.

Popped into Birmingham today to collect trims from the very nice Sims00 and Ms C from the airport and saw this fantastic Maestro high top van at a Morrisons.

Lady Grumpius fully understood why I made a strange noise and parked the car again...

Missing chrome door strip on the driver side passenger and some black duct tape on the interior but otherwise in very decent nick.  Used but not abused.  Just lovely in every way.

Also the most desirable spec, DS23 (fuel injected) plus RHD. Very rare now. That's about twenty grand's worth of DS all day long.

Thanks for the info!  I'm not up to speed on the DS but I knew it was a good one.  I did inform my other half that it was worth 'many, many thousands'.

Loved the colour.  A subtle purple.

Give my right nut for it.
