After 17 years me and the wife have split ! A few weeks trial but not looking good tbh . I've been a stressy cunt with work and I'm going to scale it right back and hope I can be a better husband / father .

Sorry to hear that fella, Your little 'un not very old either?

Hope the situation improves the way you want.

I'm really sorry to hear that mate. Please consider using Relate. Even if the relationship is toast, unpicking a 17 year marriage isn't something that should be done without professional help, especially if there are kids involved. It might even help you both work towards saving it. I've just recently had to go through this (Christmas time, 20 year relationship, 14 years married, 8 kids), and we were able to pull it back.

How many????  Isn't it time you got a telly?

Well done on the save though.  Mr300, good luck.

One of the oil cooler pipes I got made up recently* for my GSX1400 is weeping from a joint, so I'll have to get that fixed again.

*two years, but the originals lasted from 2001.

Easily done chief, and sorry to sound patronising but good on you for realising it and changing things.

Just hope it's not too late . Was so driven in building the business I got so stressed and took it out on my family .

Got 355 customers on the books now so time to weed out some awkward cars / people .

So sorry to hear of your dilemma, twosmoke. Hope you can work things out successfully.

Minor grump. Doovla being silly twunts again. Sent off a V890 SORN form for the Astra a day after I bought it, the V5 went a few days later - just checked the online system and it says the tax is due on the date I bought it, despite me sending off the SORN form (by recorded delivery too).

Sent them a quick email confirming I've sent the V890 off so will wait and see what happens. Fucked if I'm going to get penalised for their stupidity.

Pay it no mind, Eddy.

Can the Cadillac run its 8 Track for a while without flattening the battery? I could send you 'Ploughing to Win' by M. Bolleux and you could drive round Barrow listening to it. Or sit in a car park listening to it.

Basically anywhere where parking isn't confused for drug dealing or dogging. Maybe take the Caddy to Luxembourg and park in all of it.

One bumper or the other would still be in another country.

Have you found out what's causing them yet?

I can also recommend Relate. They have helped me once before, even though I might need them soon again.

Housemate has a wireless printer that keeps kicking my PC off the house network (IP address conflict).

He has the cables but won't connect it up. He keeps it running on the network despite it being next to his computer.

Why?

Is he aware that there is a problem?

How is it that neither your PC nor his printer are smart enough to take any one of the 254 other IP addresses in the subnet? :D

Connect directly to the printer and print goatse a load of times

Reserve a different IP for your machine on the router

I don't have control of the router. It's in the landlord's flat thing to which I don't have the key.

Is he aware that there is a problem?

He is. I asked him to cable it up and didn't even call him a cunt. I even fixed his camera.

The cunt.

I'd guess either the printer or your PC isn't running on DHCP.

After work I got a mega double choc nut twin flake £2.50 special from the ropeyest ice cream van I've ever seen. I was desperate.

Before I'd even had a single lick of it, I let my guard down and the bastard dog jumped up and bit the whole top off it and swallowed it in one go, just as the van drove off down the street. Nightmare.
