I very rarely take a sick day from work but I've got some weird lurgie that makes me feel like my head is 1000ft down at the bottom of the sea while rest of my body is a sea level being beaten by an octopus with baseball bats. never mind the coughing, snotty nose and the weird sweating that makes me look like I've been caught in a hurricane . There's no way I could be if any use so I'm staying here.

 

Also there was a Honda smx I'd been watching on eBay that sold last night for a bargain price but I bottled it. I blame the lemsip

Theres an SMX for sale on one of the local Facebook groups the wife uses, I can have a look when I get home, think it was cheap too, it'd probably mean another trip into the wilds of Cumbria for you!

It is an E46 and due a replacement rad soon. this leak is coming from the top somewhere

Just found out why I still ain't got my disabled parking space: the council have put the price up by a tenner (now £345!) and so rejected my application as the cheque was for the wrong amount. They at no time thought to tell me....

 

So, new forms on there way. What a fooking ballache!

 

Also, still got problems with TV reception so thought I'd ring Virgin as they keep sending me vouchers and offers.... I can have a lovely new tablet free if I sign up to a package that costs about four million quid, if I get a more reasonable package I gain a whole ten channels over the freeview I currently have. For those ten channels, I pay the bargain price of £21 per month!

Was just about to pop a cheeky bid on an ebay "bargain" car when the twat pulled it with 30 minutes to go .... all the research and watching for nothing.... sometimes I H9,000 this particular breed who put their chod on as an auction with a low start price and then pull it because it didn't reach the 20 zillion pound mark they wanted before the end but are too stingy/ ignorant to set a reserve because it costs £7.99.

Then send another message half hour before collection time and withdraw.

I pulled the xm with 1 bid after coalnotdole got in touch, I got a message afterwards asking why I pulled it, I said it developed a leak from somewhere so scrapped it... Did feel bad for a while..

 

The company I work for have had a bad day in the news, glad I work in the safety of head office and another division of the business entirely but it's been a sobering day. The ceo was close to tears when he told us all.

Bit of a pisser though for all the work that went in, the hr manager went from smoking every so often to being outside ever half hour when they did the big recruit! Hopefully someone invests and it can all be turned back on again!
