I’d like to drive the Traction to Toruń, Poland for the ICCCR in August. It’s not cancelled yet.

No idea, I might pop over to Slovenia to see a mate, but then again I might just pop over to Mablethorpe to see the sea.

First 60 miles to the West end of Newcastle to retrieve my e320 Merc, hopefully first long run to Le Mans in Sept for the delayed 24h

NC500...  have done most of it in bits and pieces over the years...  would like to do it in a 1-er though.

What to take though?  A blast in the Audi, with a nice b&b stop somewhere, camper-vanning with a night or two at Durness, or the ultimate challenge... whole family, caravan, and the mighty Trabant?!!!

There's no really big hills on the NC500, right?

Probably down to Bridport and drive the old coast road to Weymouth. Beautiful road with fantastic views. Will take the Renault with the roof down!!!

Anywhere I can get above 50 mph for a sustained period of time, most likely either to my parents in Kent or my friends in Cambridgeshire.

Hopefully will be able to get the CX from home to Garages Dubois-Loizou (3.5 miles) without doing too much internal damage.....

I'll be right there. One of my favourite local-ish roads. Lots of superb wee B roads off the main drag too.

Here, it’s only a few miles from me but we’ve decided that when this is all over we’re going to stop going out to eat half a dozen times a week , so when we do go out it’ll  be somewhere nice, this is a once every couple of years for us , big birthdays etc. Surviving and coming out of restrictions seems like it’ll be a special occasion.

Then of course it will be collection missions for all the bargains I’ll have bought...

God willing, the pub. Fuck everything else.

Two days after that I think a 'ride it' day and go for a blast on all the bikes/scooters (one-by-one, obvs) is in order, not the least of which will be an ice cream stop at the café by Delamere Forest.

And this...

But probably up the horseshoe pass, and then on to somewhere really far away, like Scotland.

Straight down to the Channel Tunnel then onto the solicitors in south east Spain to pick up the keys to.my new home. Unload the van at the house and start living my new life.

I've been waiting patiently since end of October for better weather so I can whack the windows down and open the sunroof on the Lexus so I can properly enjoy its noise.

While I'm wholly aware it's a massive first world problem, this lockdown best not last all summer...
