This Citroen Visa was purchased at the weekend by five members of the forum, and is now up for a roffle.

£10 a ticket
£18 for two
£27 for three

Car will be roffled on the bonus ball as normal. The current owner of the car is Wuvvum, who doesn't have an financial interest in it. No profit will be made, and surplus over the initial investment* (£500) will be passed on to the roffle winner to help with collection costs. Part owners may also buy tickets in the draw. The car has an MOT until 15th September.

Two other notes:

- Roffle date will not be set until Wuv has the V5 back in his name
- Car currently has a water leak which Wuv will be fixing before the new owner can collect.

Just on that point - car was always bought to roffle. It seemed a rare car at a reasonable price, which has turned out to be the case. @Six-cylinder says there are only 30 odd running Visas in the UK. I think we thought it was a good way to start the year with bringing some 100% proof new shite into the fold.

Somehow missed the whole collection thread on this. But yeah. Very much fancied buying this when it was down the road. It's considerably less appealing now. NE Norfolk is LONG from Devon. Probably work out more expensive too... GLWTR - hope it finds a good home.

I won't have a ticket as I am being "sensible", but I hope this goes well and the basic plan can hopefully be repeated in the future. There are lots of cars on eBay that we maybe wouldn't be prepared to splash out £500 on but would be quite chuffed to win in a roffle for a tenner or so.
