That looks amazingly old fashioned for 1973. More like 1953.

Cannot Be Arsed…to update the design.

Can't be arsed to fix the brakes.  Bring a low loader.

Gamma £750 start, Sheffield. Looks like the best it can hope for is being a parts donor.

This made me do a double-take as I scrolled past - I thought it had been fitted with bonnet vents!

Me too.

Amazing.

Although I do have a fetish for the mk1 neon. Which are all dead.

That reminds me of the disabled lad on the blue who was very slowly trying to restore a mk1 years back. It was deteriorating more quickly than he was working on it from what I remember.

I did ask on his thread a couple of years back if he'd canned it; he reckoned he still had it and planned to sort it. Unlikely, I'd guess.

Typical Raver 75 advert.

Primary photo = wheel brace?

Screenshots of FaceTime used to advertise?

Every single photo the wrong way around?

Overpriced? 💯

30odd years ago an old guy who lived opposite my 1st flat had 3 of these, all in two tone green/cream, one for summer use one for winter, and presume the third was spares..all on the same reg number, 2 were kept in a huge garage to the side of his house, about a fortnight before he needed to swap cars he would get the next ready with a wash and a service then on the day of swapping the plate would be swapped over ... love to know how he never got caught especially with mileages etc on MOT's..

All 3 were dragged off after he died presume they were scrapped, pity as the 2 road cars were in quite good nick..

924S, I fancy one of these. £7500 bins, looks original.

Do these have the fussy K-Jetronic?

This is offputting: "Everything has been done mechanic and no adviserys

L-jetronic on these, 944 engine. I think I can remember reading they had the biggest capacity 4 cylinder in production when they stretched it to 3 litre in the late ones. The 924S got cracking reviews in the magazines back in the day. Would.

Pre-chrome grille 416 SLi, which, as everybody knows, is the best 400-series Rover to have. Vendor alleges hgf but it’s the Reliable Honda Engine, so that can’t be right.

Don't, honestly they're pretty boring and slow.

My opinion from owning one years ago so maybe* incorrect.

For reference I paid £500 also in red and after a buff just as shiny as that one.

Didn't seem to rust to be fair.

Must be at least 50 other cars I'd choose first for that money.

Having now read @Barry Cade comments, the 2.5 maybe a better option as mine was the 2.0L.vw bus engine on an A plate, 1984.

Still not for me, really didn't get it at all.

The Maestro would be far more entertaining to drive.
