Where to begin with this one?

First off, why do I have it? Some weeks ago I made the mistake of laying down a bold claim - book me a flight anywhere in the UK, ill be home the same day in a car I’ve purchased. So of course my friends decided to book me a mystery flight, only telling me the night before that it would be Glasgow. Come 9am I was indeed in Glasgow and stood in front of this.

Pah child's play...

Can't help but think there's a tad more to this 'my friends ' caper... Bets on how much profit he clears off it? Er....?

At £1500 it must have been very cheap to achieve any real profit.

Marsden VanPLan had those way before this .....
Not sure why/how that Toy can be export only? One for @LightBulbFun maybe?

sadly without knowing the fine details it could be any number of things, from the car being a major write off down under (Cat A or Cat B the DVLA wont register or at most will put on a Q plate), or could be, I note its a 2014, so might just be on the tail end of needing an IVA/SVA and maybe the seller does not know what they are doing regarding sorting that out, so goes without say one to very much to go in with yours eye open...

So they perused ACA's classic auction last weekend and decided this was the best choice for a quick flip...

...they may yet be proved right.

Hmm.  It really was quite spectacularly rusty in some very awkward places.  You'd need to be a metalwork artist at or even exceeding GingerNuttz level to have any hope of restoring it properly.

*checks location* Fuck.

@Saabnut?

Hah, I am the previous owner but one. I sold it to a guy in Inverness who was honest and said he just wanted the number.
