Just jump the train down, meet them at the station and drive it home

The connector bolts would turn to powder under those grey plastic bolt covers then snap off when you tried to undo them  causing all kinds of grief.

although it was better then getting your face burnt off and loosing your hearing if a cell exploded when fitting the  “burn on “ lead type connections

@nev_jr as discussed😁

It’s beyond me that the bid is sat at £365, it’s such a hateful shitbox. Saw a couple on the way home from the airport yesterday and the shop today and I was a little bit sick.

1985 SUZUKI TS100ER TS 100 ER | eBay

'see photo of me pointing at it'

These are ace little bikes, but the slightly earlier 'ER' models look a bit better, imho. This one is also seized, which doesn't really help.

I owned a TS50ER and later a TS125ER

Both mine were earlier twin rear shock models.

Happy days.

Bought a mint 185 er when I worked at a youth project for 400 quid. Really should of kept it for myself instead of letting the little fuckers ruin it! Was i indeed a great bike and more nimble in the dirt than the road biased 250.

A rather sorry-looking (and very beige) 10-plate Proton Genital saloon on eBay. Currently at £255 with a few days to go. What a dismal heap of Malaysian misery.

I think we can see why mother has given up driving.

Got a 185ER here. Noisy, rattly, speedo bounces all over the shop and it looks crap. Love it to bits.
