You click baiting so and so.

I read the text before I saw the car.

You cannot fully comprehend how disappointed I am.

Surely there is some sort of legal compensation I can claim for that.

In my head this was me.

Eco vehicle or drink-drive-mobile?

Those definitely don't do 70 mpg.  The petrol engine is a rather crude device with a basic carb and isn't particularly efficient for its size.

The diesels will do 80 mpg or even more, but as I realised when I owned one, if you drive something like a 206 HDI at the sort of speeds a diesel Ambra is capable of, that will do over 80 mpg too.

"sensibly priced"

Depends on how you define sensible

£110,000

Somewhere to stash your money tax and capital gains free - but I say it is probably more sensible to spend it on **** and Brazilian go-go dancers.

Many of the cars at RMSotheyby’s auction this weekend were sold no reserve far below the estimate. Classic car market is not impervious to the world markets.

Yea - not a very liquid asset if you need cash quickly...

Fiat 2300 coupe sporting an unintentional droop snoot.

As seen in the spotted thread a while ago.

It didn't look too bad at a distance from the best more solid side.

Such a pretty car.

how about this? a K11 micra with no mention in the mot history about corrosion!

these were everywhere at one point and now they have all crumbled away to rusty flakes.

s-l1600.jpg

a clean little thing, £700 is cheap motoring for someone.

i have watched it myself as we are thinking about another car and so far what we have seen is either damned expensive for what it is, or frankly scrap on wheels.

hmmm BINI base that has the expense of alloy wheels taking away from its basic base-ness.

its got the crappy prince engine though......

s-l1600.jpg

every now and again i look at these, but then i remember the BINI thread on the modern forum and that is usually enough to put me off the idea of actually owning one.

Back from Italy hopefully. I can never quite see the logic of these exotic foreign ads...

Poverty spec points too, looks odd without the side trims
