Price isn't in bangernomics territory but seems reasonable for such a nice example:

The blue vinyl interior is my favourite part, a mate of mine's mum had a 240 estate and the best part of it was the blue corduroy interior.

That is lovely, I wonder if my Volvo 240 dog guard would fit

Shame that when you get to the bottom of the ad it says "needs lots of welding underneath".  Does look nice on top though (except the whitewalls).

I hope mine turns out better than that :)

If nothing else, you could take the engine and drivetrain out, then enter it for the Soapbox downhill Challenge at Goodwood.

Isn't this just a Crown Vic in a frock? Velorous.

I think it’s the same platform or “ frame” known as the Panther and they were built in the same factory , along with the Mercury version. I’m not sure if it’s as clear as a Wolesely 18/85 is to an Austin 1800 or more like a VW Touareg/ Bentley Bentayga situation.

IAD of Worthing did some development work on that generation of town car, my 1989 CAR has just told me. I had a ‘95 model with a digital dash. One I should have kept.

What’s going on with that handbrake though? Do you have to arm wrestle it every time to win gearchanging rights?

It's an aroused Starion; fillies beware.
