Fuck me I sold my 100k example for £1500 and it was perfect, £9k!!! plus the wheels are gash

This was mine back in 1995, it had huge 17" wheels on it (for the time)

Could probably get an import for less or about that kind of money and it would almost certainly be in better shape (and have the funky JDM taillights).

That's good value for a 205 with an MOT. Better than the rotten non running 205 van doing the rounds on FB.

An ex of mine had one of these - an 83 Y plate City in Brown, would have been around 1990.

Taught me a lot about structural rigidity and damp issues.

ATCNBE. etc.

If you really want a laugh have a look at some of the bollox you get on the 'personalised' number plate sites e.g. https://absolutereg.co.uk/search?term=fiona&type=super F11 NAF? 'Only' £815 + vat ??? I/she's want a whole car for that much.

Back to topic - XM anybody? Norfolk way. £850 0r offers, no MoT. Some nice looking other stuff in the background of the other pictures too (and modern shite)

I think I'd like that: V6 auto with towbar, in good colour; but for that kind of money I would want a new ticket on it.  Anyway I haven't got the funds, so it doesn't matter.

wonder what would happen if you turned up to a random Ford dealer with it LOL

My guess is it'd be like the time a guy in the USA took a R32 Skyline GTR to his local Nissan Dealership for a service.  They just treated it like any other car

Would be fun to see it getting a service next to a Ka+, Kuga and a Fiesta though in the garage though for the sheer size of it!

The  exact specification of Audi A6 I have been looking for for quite a while has popped on Ebay. Pre-fl C5 2.8 V6 Quattro sedan with a manual and a decent exterior color, even in sport trim, for a very good price. It might look like just another A6 but these are incredibly rare now. I want it badly. 600 quid obo

These are a fantastic car in just about any guise. My father (and Chris de Burgh!) were the very first owners of this model A6 in Ireland back in 1997. I remember the rear end styling got a lot of criticism when they were new, but I thought it was so futuristic at the time. I'd like to try a 2.7 bi-turbo, although I can only ever recall seeing that engine in the Allroad variants. Was it available in saloon/avant cars too?

It was although it was rather rare, even more so with a manual gearbox. The 2.8 V6, 3.0 V6 (in the facelift) and the 2.7 Biturbo would be my way to go if you want to avoid automatics, at this point I feel like I rather give up 40 horses and go with the less troublesome engine. I love the rear end styling on them, this gen A6 was really the beginning for modern Audi design, before even the TT came out. The C6 A6 then showed how bland it could be made to look like...

I know very little about Audi’s but this looks very similar and in much better colours, worth every penny of the £900 more to my eyes

Yeah, Ive seen this one a while ago and while I love the interior, the green exterior just doesnt do it for me. Its a rare occasion that two of these are for sale at the same time, this green one was the only one for a quite a while now.

Sick of arsewipes in Aldis and Beamers driving like twats? Concerned about "crash for cash" scams? Do a lot of paranoia inducing drugs?

So it should be OK for the mrs on the school run yeah?

Currently £16,100 RNM, but what price peace of mind?
