With a Dudley registration and a Hartwell badge on the tailgate this may have originally been sold by Hartwell Charles Clark in West Bromwich, which is where I bought my red Metro from in December '92. They were also my Rover 45's supplying dealer.. I'd like it but the thought of getting a car with no Mot and a slipping clutch from Didcot to Brum is putting me off.
