Hi welcome to my auction moving away and selling most of my classic car collection comprising of

 

- Mk1 Escort Mexico with id Chassis stamped in top turret Not rotten 

- Morris minor Van 

- triumph 1850 HL

-Mk2 escort with 2ltr pinto welded diff 

-Mk3 cortina Townie brown 24k from new

- triumph herald vitesse

- Mk1 capri with rs3100 body kit 

-mk3 corrina red

-Mk 1 mini with 1275 engine 

-red series 2 rs turbo no I’d 

-reliant simiter 

-Triumph 13/60 convertible 

- Mitsubishi FTO starts and drives 

-m6 escort van non runner immobiler issue 

-Vw beetle 1971 original bill of sale 

-1954 Ford 100e

-wild rear wheel drive mini fully painted in nardo gray black roof 1.6 mr2

Engine brand new bike carbs Manifold and ecu from DAN ST

- Mini Clubman with 1275gt ID

-Mk1 golf very good condition 

Mk2 cortina been sand blasted very clean 

Mercedes 300SE

 

Mk1 Mini Cooper 997 1963 in mid restoration new panels and remaining panels to finish with heritage certificate 

 

MG Midget restored about 8 years ago starts runs drives need a couple of bits to finish painted in Porsche Mexico blue 

 

1954 Morris minor fully painted and welded a few years ago then left as lots heart when beds pooped on the lacquer 

Need paint and outing back together 

 

 

24 cars in total will take a sensible bud or will leave the auction to run as per eBay rules 

 

All theses cars need work some more than others

 

I have owned all these cars a long time and if it comes to it I will find storage and sell one at a time 

 

Any question or extra pics please ask but I is hard with some as it isn’t easy to get to them but I will try

Here's an interesting one. Needs welding for the MOT... but if you look at its fail sheet, sounds like it's about to disintegrate at any second. Year before? Absolutely nothing. So, dodgy MOT last year or overzealous tester this year?

Still, £400 is pretty cheap.

Strange way to sell them.  Can't view. Can't verify the condition. Wouldn't he be better contacting an auction house to sell them all individually. In a way that would net a hell of a lot more.

As it stands, it's definitely a bargain. The 2 escorts alone are easily worth more than that, especially if the Mexico is the real deal. From the rear, it looks in excellent condition and partly restored.
The midget looks great too.

I'd be very wary though if these don't have registrations or V5s. They could be nicked or cut n' shuts.

Very much so if they're what they're described as, especially Matthewsons or ACA would lap all that up, photograph them and actually get what they're worth rather than an endless cycle of people winning the ebay auction then complaining they're not as described(with 24 cars in the listing and no viewing it's a nailed on and entirely plausible reason for not paying up) and going broke due to ebay listing fees. I have to conclude the vendor is a lunatic who wants life to be as hard as possible, the listing is a longwinded variant on the "I know what I've got, so no messers" pablum.

Interesting to note that the really worthwhile stuff has been separated (the rotten R5 aside)
Although the R33 GTST isn't the one everyone wants and he would have been better off finishing the Mexico rather than what I'm expecting to be a beige 1.3L.

MH autos are almost opposite the large Oxney Road traveller site. I can imagine if ACA's  large transporter lorries were spotted there would be a dozen scrap metal enthusiasts badgering them with "I'll give ya fifty quid fer the old scrap car, mister" as they are trying to load them.

We currently moan about the ULEZ but many taxis have been prematurely removed from the road due to a stupid and nonsensical rule that London's black cabs must have a maximum age. Nothing due to emissions or anything, just age.
