It's Mr Blobby's Mini.
Checkout the latest(ish) Clubman - 4 doors and stretched both sideways and lengthways - pretty much identical to my 940 in dimensions and height - the proportions look all wrong on it.
Maybe BMW should have bought the Maxi name (and we'd all call it a Baxi?)

Seems my wife's baking brake pads instead of bread this week. Mind you, maybe they work better than some cheapo stuff from FleaBay

I've got a 4.2 supercharged range rover , went to put some E5 in it at the texaco,  the  robbing cunts wanted £1.67 V £1.41 for E10

I needed some as the light had just come on so I put £10 in it

I drove it 11 miles with a bit of a hoof along the A580 and the light was back on

I think that's 9mpg

Still like it though

That’s a Countryman not a Clubman.

They still sell both, I had a look for the Xsara! Just couldn't pull the trigger though and gave Andyrew a pm instead 😂

I've run eicher before on zx's and corsa c's and they've been OK. But not sure I'd trust any less quality unless it was a dire emergency nor on something bigger needing more braking

The latest countryman occupies just over TWICE the volume of the original.

All this speculating about the identity of the latest nonce to be exposed at the BBC- It turns out to be Mr Blobby.

I think I may have a goal for a trip to do with the Oxford this year...

Caravan, canoe and 7 people in a 50bhp 4 speed...

Trying to be optimistic. I don't think my Oxford has the roof strength for a trawler like that

DO IT!

I have considered the idea of a small old caravan for the Mercedes.

But I would have driven at night on the busy main roads as these towing a caravan is not exactly suitable for today's traffic.

When I was a kid in the 70s , we went on holiday with 7 of us in a Bedford CA Utilibrake ( Minibus), towing a caravan with all of 50bhp too, from Kent to the far north of Scotland. Used to take about a week to get there with stops at the Lake District, the Trossachs, and Glencoe / Fort William .

Never had a boat like that though.

I got swiftly overtaken this morning by a van with the name Hurry Bros!

Makes a change to being stuck behind a caravan with Swift plastered all over it.

@Skizzer bad man

or will we be seeing martin wearing one of @Kiltox shirts :D

Ha! I would never say anything bad about Dr @Kiltox’s videos or even his shirts — I merely pointed out that I’d mistaken his actual cat’s actual arse for a BMW iX, which could happen to anybody.

on the way back from Scotland last week, we stopped off at the garden centre in Dunbar. I was surprised to see they had a good selection of gins for sale :

and was even more surprised by the top quality security arrangements :)

Local McColls shop/Post Office is rebranding to a Morrisons Daily, and as a result is closing for 10 days to refurb. The shop signs said it is closed from today. The post office signs said it closes at 2pm. Went down this morning to drop a parcel off (although they couldn't take it as ParcelForce weren't collecting from that shop today), figured I'd have a look while I was in there.

Got this lot for £6.80. Almost all of which will freeze.

Ours is doing the same, although it closed a week ago.

We're down to a sainsburys local for 1 huge town! It's hateful, and the Morrisons that opens probably won't be much cheaper (and our post office will still be shit)

As will the building, I had a nosey the other day and the ceiling tiles haven't been touched... Which means their probably not going to fix the roof issues the building has or it'd have been down and replaced and awaiting new tiles by now 🤔

Had a charming email  from his lops secretary this afternoon. She is sending a cheque. No idea how much as I wasn’t expecting £. Will pay for a nice bottle of wine anyway.
