There's a lot of things that could have knocked that number plate askew but going by the angle I'm going to suggest a TR7.

Two grins today. I have a pic of that exact vehicle from my last trip to Iceland in 2016, there used to be a lot more chod on the roads there but the economic bounce back has seen most of it disappear and be replaced by new stuff. The first time I went we were bussed around in something that was very reminiscent of the old corporation buses from Derby in the 70s! Last time it was all air con with a loo, very different.
