Hairnet's French adventure.  Well done that man.  Balls of steel!

Also, Skizzer: 4, 16 and 59 when the Jeep's time comes, please.

Am I alone in thinking the Daa-Chaa is cutting a 'stand alone' groove in the countrys auto-sensitivity... to the extent that an aftermarket demand will well up to continue 2nd owner value.

Proton fall with nosebleed inducing residuals (to exemplify NOT Daa-Chaa)?

Dacias seem to hold their value well for a budget car, maybe I should buy one to replace the Savvy?

This afternoon it has abso-fucking-lutely siled it down in White Rose land, and I had less water ingress in the flappy-roofed CJ (none, to be precise) than leaked onto my bonce in the Britax-ed Mardi Gras that preceded it!

You're right admittedly, in Romania where they presumably have the final decision on the matter, the correct pronunciation is 'Datch-ya'

Indeed. Makes sense when you know! Thanks to Richard's Translation Services for their assistance in this matter.

The return part of an anytime train ticket is valid for a month. And the ticket barriers at the departing station will accept the same ticket multiple times. And the train staff can't be bothered to check tickets 'cos there are barriers. And the barriers at the end station is a bored looking bloke who doesn't give a shit if you have a piece of orange coloured card in your hand.

If I was criminally minded I could have come back home 4 times for nothing. Good job I'm an honest upstanding citizen*

That, my friend is why a one way ticket is almost as expensive as a return...the crafty bastards know you have to get somewhere to use your "free" return ;)

I'm delighted to see that Renault20 cockmaster has been kicked off the forum :-)

Also, it looks like my Disco 300 TDi managed to survive being mildly hydro-locked yesterday when the water in the ford I drove through got VERY DEEP and came over bonnet level.

I went out for some drinks with the lads from work last night (I'm feeling it today) and I've got a inbox full of reported posts against that Renault20! What the hell did I miss?!

Want to see a giant Icelandic guy getting into a bright yellow Mini in America?  Of course you do.
