By the way I'm thinking of investing in Lego sets rather than sporty fords as a pension plan given the way even some recent kits have gone up.

Lego is insanely expensive, I find it tremendously theraputic though. When the kids have gone to bed I frequently find myself building them something when I really ought to be doing stuff round the house.

I ended up eBaying it to help pay for Christmas 2018.  Harbour went for £200 and the Monorail made £650!!!  Crazy but the stuff's become investment material.  I've more (lots more) in my parents' attic to gradually retrieve and do something with.

No, I think most of the diecast is out and visible in the photos on this here thread (though since sold a few things locally via Facebook etc. ) but I found a couple matchbox placca kits and an old Star Wars thing at the weekend. There are approx 20,000 bits of 1980s lego still to be dealt with however!

Evening mini-shite fans.  Right as it was nice weather here this afternoon I decided to dig everything outta my attic to get some decent photos of what's left (A lot more than I thought was left).  Seeing as the new forum appears to have shrunk all the old images right down in dimensions for some reason.

I did end up sticking some of this stuff on eBay for strong money in the hope that someone would blindly hit the Buy-It-Now button, amazingly three 1/18 Bburago cars recently went that way for £34.95 apiece but may I point out that CONSIDERABLE Shiters Discount is available, so that I can get a bit of my attic back and put some cash in the pot towards a Lego train set of some sort for my son's next birthday.

 

Alternatively, I'm open to crazy offers for everything in the photos as a job lot if somebody fancies selling them onwards and making a bit of money?  The Matchbox Tyrrell and Military kits are unbuilt by the way, and there's still a load of late 70s/early 80s Matchbox/Corgi/Majorette at my parents' place.

Lord 800 Due to a shiter enquiry by PM the 1:24 Punto/Uno IT90 are provisionally SOLD but you can have a couple of Milka Couriers and the orange thing is the door-less Renner 14 that I think is on page 1 of the thread.  Don't think I've any Greater Birmingham buses, unless you want some Mk2 Metrobuses for repainting?  EDIT - 1:24 Tipo also still available!

SPLIT PIN Nice of you to think of CMS but alas an early PM from a non-Scottish shiter means the Volvo estate is provisionally SOLD!! Also the Z1 kit is already built-up, though it's yours for an insultingly low offer if you think you can do owt with it.

CMS regrettably as above re the Volvo.  You're correct about the Majorette vehicles!  Again I'll have a hunt through what's still at my parents' place and report back.  The big Superkings set is the Shell garage transporter, pics earlier in the thread.  I'll copy them back here in a while so that they're easier to see.
