Also saw MED1C on a Bini on the way to Cannock last weekend.

We have DOC 999 in our village.

B41 LAD spotted on a blue Audi S5 coming up the M1 today. Sadly not on an 80s Honda.

Also SH11PPR on a shipping company's low loader Transit.

Saw 356GT yesterday, on a Porsche 356 (which seemed real). Also just saw a Q plate on a Caterham type thing (Q100UKG), I`ve not seen a Q plate for years!

Oh, I forgot, I saw this yesterday as well..

What is this truck for?

4EGG.jpg.b4ad0a4f3e60a0a5413e79174d20d263.jpg

It's for egg, of course. I believe it belongs to the infamous Bum Hole Farm (actually Bumble Hole Farm but they notoriously published a photo with the driver standing in front of his truck and accidentally* covering up the 'ble').

Hmmm.. Its the split country identifier that's throwing me. I think the bottom half was white with a gold shield/laurel wreath thing on it.. That & the fact it was a right hooker..

The Cyprus flag could roughly match your description at a quick glance and they drive on the right. But a look at the internet shows they use the standard EU blue flash on the plate and they don't issue letters only.

Could it be a dealers name plate covering the original one (as seen in many online adverts) with a trade plate lying flat on the dashboard? I don't know where you saw it  but there's a 'CGM Sport and Classic' near Cheltenham, their website is crap but it looks like the sort of place that could sell Range Rovers.

This was in outer north London, I couldn't see any trade plate (pretty sure I looked in my mirror in it to check the rear plate as well). I dunno, we`ll probably never find out, I`ve not seen it since.

That number plate was infamous in the VW world years back. Wonder if it's still with the same owner.

Just followed a Discovery 3 with the reg SC65 RAP.  Very apt.  Didn't look like it was a personal plate though.

Late last year, I'm relatively confident this was the infamous original.

And ignoring that front end, I liked this one. Almost palindromic(?) my first thought was Geep of the Jago sort.

Saw MX 66 VXR

unfortunately it wasn't on either a Ford Probe (mazda MX6) or a boy racer Vauxhall

It made me smile that the owner of the Audi it was on was probably unaware that it would have a value to either (although you obviously could not use it on an MX6 because too old)

Do they really need two rear axles for carrying eggs.

In Aviemore last week, we followed a VW Transporter with the number AV13MRE.

Have you felt the weight of the egg shippers that you see in Supermarkets - they are surprisingly heavy. Multiply that by how many fit in a truck.

Sadly I doubt it, not on the DVLA database, that I can see

I'm pretty sure I checked it at the time and it was still on a 500; it's why I mentioned it being last year. Obviously I can't be 100% it's the same one but they've put a decent amount of effort to make it look original if not.

No photo sadly but I observed something with yellow tinted headlights approaching in my rear view mirror so my 'shite-radar' was on high alert, when it passed it turned out to be a Volvo V70 with the number plate "OV51 LOV" 😃

I spotted a weird looking reg plate on the back of Audi last week.

A yellow plate and the digits were something like:

328-N-6

Off to the next job. Not exactly discreet.

Actually that back end looks a little low, maybe he's already done it 🤣
