Bed made, sportcross maybe the smollest estate I have tried car camping in so we shall see how good it is.

Was so tempted to do this tonight but ive got to be at mums first so pointless!

I am bringing a small supply of tools too as I'd like to pop my drivers seatbelt out and get the big twist out of it. Can't find the lid to my kettle either...

There was an amazing volume of everyday shite in that film. I keep on watching the chase sequences just to see the cars we don't see anymore:

I was on the way... Field of Dreams jinx has struck again... Last year the power steering blew a pipe, this year whilst sitting in traffic on fkin m25 Mitsi started to lose the clutch pedal, squeezed across 3 lanes, off at J10, done a u turn, limped it home to Halfords Horsham, pedal at the floor... ???

I slunk off at tea time as the kids wanted to sleep at mine but a very enjoyable afternoon, wether it was drifting with @Heidel_Kakao, blowing rust and nuts out of invacar engines

Just got back home now, it was awesome to meet you all and Dominic had an amazing time, thank you.

Big thanks to @Six-cylinderand @Mrs6C for being hospitable and taking the time to speak to Dominic too.

Roll on the next one!

I spotted your beast on the A421 - I must have missed you by about 5 minutes.  I did flash my lights but not sure if you saw me.

It was a really good day. That field is remarkably smooth, even my Skoda which is a bit stiffly sprung sailed round no problem. It is smoother than most roads round here.

Those Lancias are truly epic.

Definitely aiming to make an appearance tomorrow at some point.  What I'm driving will probably depend on what the weather is doing.  The wind will probably need to drop it it's the Invacar, the ten minute trip round the block to check the new belt was behaving was exciting enough in that regard!

Probably between that and the van as the Jag will need fuel if I bring that (not that it needing fuel is ever a surprise!)...
