Good spot(s) 🤣

No photos as I was driving, but I followed a vintage looking car along the A689 towards Brampton, Cumbria yesterday (2 ish).

I couldn’t overtake to see any badges but it was entirely constructed of bright metal work , ( stainless or chromed?) nothing at all painted.

I don’t know if it was really old or not, as it was quite quick getting to 60 ok. It turned onto the A69 towards Carlisle but I went the other way.

I’m sure someone will know the car, it must be unique. I’d be interested to know what it was.

A few Somerset spots, couldn't stop to get the Capri so nicked a Streetview image. The three campers were all within a few yards of each other.

No photos but also spotted a lovely looking blue Renault 12 on the A303 and a red L plated Volvo 240 Estate which must be a pretty late one.

Aren’t they a big problem around Glastonbury now? Lanes full of people living there permanently all crapping in the hedge.

Off work this week but haven't got the kids today so I wafted up to tesco for some freezer bits and immediately parked next to this beautiful rolls Royce!

I wouldn't be surprised, there's a lot of them around and when we went up the Tor, we could see a cluster of them by a roadside in the distance

Just managed to get my phone out in time to snap this 75 before it pulled away.

Only to find it had parked in the next road up.

Serious lacquer peel on the bonnet. The rest looked tidy.

My other half sent me this earlier as she thought I'd appreciate it.  She was southbound on the M3 and stopped at Rownham services. Said it looked in good condition.

I've been trying to find one of those around here for months without any success.

Badly pap'd this last night - thinking - "There's an old thing" then realised I'd sat in summat from the exact same year:

Currently in Japan, the variety of weird and wonderful is overwhelming but I couldn’t help take a snap of this

A few from my trip to Czechia/Slovakia last week. I think most of the eastern block stuff dissapeared a good decade ago, about as fast as the sills on about half the cars in Slovakia.

The Trabi looked like it was being driven by the original owner.

There must have been a Yank meet going on. Got a very enthusiatic greeting from a guy in some kind on 70s barge around Liberec.

One of very few Matiz seen - Part of a silly competition, hence BL's finest also making an appearance.

Xantia and Golf were both part of the group. Only one needed some mechanical attention.

The TT looked to be a UK import. Not sure if the paint fell off before or after it came over.

Finally, a lovely 205 D turbo, clearly just being used as a car.
