Nordie VAG shite within the past 24hrs.

Non-$c3n3 Mk3 Golf CL - still with original local dealer rear sticker. Shame about the wheeltrims and number plates, though.

Double yellow lines? Didn't see 'em, pal.

Big Audi A8 spotted a matter of minutes ago.

Not a top-end version, but nice to see all the same.

Saw a lovely *not* chavved up Nova on an F plate today. Not one I've seen before around here. Glad I had my window open so I got to hear the lovely raspy exhaust note as it vanished up the road.

Also saw the unmistakable rear end of an XM disappearing into an underground car park as I passed by. Always forget what fantastic looking cars they when I've not seen one for a while.

Well, this was unexpected. A Dodge Spacevan, in a space outside work.

No apologies for multiple pics, I'm afraid - I could lick this all day long.

I'd previously spotted this rarity at a distance, in traffic, late last year - fantastic to see that it's not only in use doing what it was built to do, but looks just how I remember these Dodges in the 1980s - perpetually down-at-heel, and with that hilariously narrow track.

Just wow.

I was down the local parts shop and this little beauty

was outside. Had a chat with the owner who had Fuzz

look it over, for s.o.s., and he told him to buy a better shell

and use his as a donor. He took no notice and spent about

5 grand on it. Mind you the emblem on the grill cost him £150.

And, yes, the number plate will get the OCD going in a few.

That's what he was in for, period plates.

It was furkin TINY.

This looked like a grey-blue Dacia 1310 Break, parked with a caravan on a building site next to Shurgard in Harrow. It was spotted from the train...

was not a RHD Dacia Denem was it?

that would be spot of the year, seeing as about 1 or 2? are thought to still exist :)

Feast or famine... look what I happened upon again yesterday morning...

Now, I was mildly concerned because this was on the M2 onslip at Greencastle, and an ill-timed FTP was possible (although it was a literal stone's throw from the Abbey Fireplaces premises).

But stay, what's that parked in front of it?

Well, of course. What else would pair with a Dodge Spacevan than an Aston Martin DBS?

(Apologies for rubbish dashcam crops).

Since today's looking actively springlike, have an upbeat pic of shite in sunlight...

These are parked up at a garage down the road from me, and are apparently for sale albeit at silly money... the same place formerly had some Bertone X1/9s rusting into the weeds for many a long year on the assumption that they were rare and valuable cla$$ics (though, by the end, you'd have been hard pushed to even salvage anything as spares) so hopefully these'll have a happier ending.

I believe the R5 is a special edition - Baccara or Monaco, one or the other - but it hasn't run for a right while and four-figure sums have been quoted...
