Not sure that helps us much! I'll be heading west on Sunday - aiming to be in The Midlands late morning/lunchtime-ish.

I wondered whether it was only me who thought Retro Cars had gone to the dogs in the last year.

Actually used to get my dad to post it out to NZ every month. But sadly what was a trickle of Stanced/Slammed feature cars started the rot. Followed by Golf GTi and MX5 tuning guides. Very quickly they lost their point of difference. I don't think have read an issue in the last six months.

Ditto - that's a relief, I too thought it was 'Just me'. Shame, it was a pretty good mag originally, something a bit different.

Big box of airfilters I'll post a link to my eBay tomorrow, come take the fuggin lot please!

I've got some Xantia estate roof bars going begging. Not sure if they're jen-yooo-ine Citroen, they're the slightly curved ones which mirror the shape of the roof. They don't have locks on, and they're a bit scratched.

Also a Xantia head unit and matching CD changer. No idea of the model number etc, if it needs a code I don't have it, but it worked before I removed it.

I'm in Ashford, Kent, five minutes away from junctions 9 & 10 of the M20.

Difficult to say Tim, but the car had done roughly 200k before the seats were removed so I think we can safely say it's more than 1.

The seats look remarkably good for the mileage though.

Lesjofors coil spring for astra mk5 1.6 petrol front. New, still in box cost £40, yours for free.

I’ve got four 15†5 stud steel wheels that will fit an Alfa 147/156 or similar. They have tyres but two are getting pretty low on tread and of the other two which have reasonable tread one has a small bulge in the sidewall.

complete 52 plate puma interior (black fabric seats) door cards , carpet etc cm6 (Stansted) area

also complete heater/blower/aircon unit for the same or possibly fiesta

If you know a way of packing them and getting them to Wakefield can I have the puma seats please

Posted

AlabamaShrimp I  think they would need to go on a pallet - you're looking at about £50 - if you just want the front seats it may be possible to send them as a parcel but you will need to get a price for that as they will be heavy and bulky!

or sort out a shitely collection/delivery :-D

Mercedes w124 (probably others) binacle removing tools.

The dog helpfully unwrapped them. Then chewed the handles.

Still function fine, as theyre just two bits of bent wire of correct length.

Any use to anyone before I bin them?
