If you get another cat and you want it to behave just show it that photo.

Oooh, that's nasty! :)

If you want another cat (it'd be a bloody long way to come for one) the vet's here usually has dozens of kittens they're desperate to home before they end up in the Lidl burgers, breaks my heart it does but we already have 5.

I'm tempted to bury my cat.

6 this morning I stood in something that shouldn't be on the floor.

2nd time this week. Bastard.

very sad to hear about your cat, we recently lost one of ours and we both miss him terribly.

Sorry about the cat mate, losing one is truly horrible. :(

Thought the wife had borked her yellow S2000.

After filling up with fuel, apparently the engine immediately went from a purring petrol to a rattling diesel.

So she drove it home.....

Anyways, I got it transported to a specialist who found a lump of cack/ goo/ oozing nasty in the gauze top end filter, blocking oil pressure and causing the timing chain tensioner to flap about like a tarts drawers. Cleaned, pressure restored, back to purring. All good. And cheap. Marvellous

However, whilst paying bill( over phone) I was asked about the badly dented front wing- which I knew nothing about, and no one told me! A few photos later I'm looking at a really nasty scrap, denting the whole arch in and crumpling the plastic inner. Harrumph!

Soon Traced a secondhand yellow wing in Bristol, right now courier ing across to said specialist in Fleet, who will sort it for me before sending it back home, hopefully next week.

Should be a nice surprise for the Mrs, who has been a lil hesitant on the phone over the past few days ( I'm in Belgie right now).

Cars, eh!

Got bastarding outbidded on another mac on eBay it just seems wrong spending 400 plus quid on a 6 year old computer. I recon I might end up doing what know wants to do at the weekend to get one. Go to Kirkcaldy .

You sure you want a mac?

The Mrs had 1 that shit it's graphics card 1 month after the v expensive extended warranty ran out

Over £700 for a new one without fitting, apple didn't want to know either

i was too lazy to clean the Metro this morning so took iot to the local car wash were 4 men hosed, washed, rinced and dried it, lovely job for £6.

Got to Tesco and when parked noticed two scratches in the (recently repainted) passenger side front wing. Now because I didn't wash it I don't know if they were there before (possibly from the Ivy at the driveway entrance) or were caused by some grit on their microfiber cloths.

Tried T-Cut and polish which has reduced them (both are about 10 inches long) but the rain is about to come so will try again at the weekend. If not the bodyshop will hopefully be able to fix when they put the colour coats on the dorrs they have primed.

Never had a nicely pained car before, how does anyone leave a new car anywhere? The pressure, Arrrrrrgh!

Living on a fucking farm track at the top of a hill. Who's stupid idea was it!

New snow wasn't too bad, then it melted and now is sheet ice. Gritted as much as I could but with about half a mile cant do it all. Winter tyres struggle on ice even with pressures reduced. Rubbing ice into the wound is that all the main roads are totally clear.

This morning took me 2 1/2 hours to go 6 miles to work, due to OMG Sno Kaos.

It's a necessary evil because he wants to make his fortune writing apps.

If he wants to write 'apps', he should first find out you don't need an Apple Mac to create them.

Apps is a trendy word for 'software'. Also, a Mac is a PC in an expensive white case. There's nothing much different underneath, you can install Windows on them.

That's nor really fair, though. You can't compare ancient technology, rust, wooden steering and poor electrics. Oh wait...

The pa and ca were fun in a 1950s kind of way - which I reacquainted myself with when I bought a Sherpa. It wasn't fun.

Seriously, a pa in third at 5mph will pull all the way to 90 in the same gear. There was serious torque in the 2.6.

Using logic, I can determine that when the Vectra shits itself CMS will replace it with a Laguna(rgh).

One of my highlights so far is driving a PA Velox. Absolutely wonderful.

cms is not scottsch

vo*all is proof

cms's first car, which he still has, is a Vauxhall. It's a V thing, unless it's a Volkswagen.

Also, when I say "bought" I mean "been given". It's not a bad spec but it's a bit new.

Diesel or petrol?

I conducted a scientific experiment in my 1.9CDTi (120, I think) this morning and it does circa 53mph flat out in 2nd gear.

It's a petrol 2005/54-plate Vectra C 2.2 Design auto estate in dark metallic blue with six figures on the clock and five months test. Still, could be worse. I think.

How is it that classic policy quotes are coming out at the same price as regular insurers on the Corsa?  About £530.
