It looks like a rip-off of the Isuzu.

That's pretty much what all Chinese trucks are in fairness. Their big trucks are typically rip offs of Volvo/MAN, but I believe some actually use their old can designs under licence.

is that in arse backwards, or just being French?????

Engine in front of the gearbox like an Audi. Accessory belt driven from the camshaft - makes for  excellent access!

Yes, but my parents actually had one in the guest house they ran in the 70's. It was like a half-height domestic spin-dryer, and the rotating drum had a really rough inner surface which rubbed the skins off as the potatoes rumbled around in it. Can't remember the manufacturer now. Guess whose job it often was to turn the handle?

We had one that worked by a water turbine connected to the kitchen sink tap by a hose, mostly made of plastic.

Your fascinating* fact of the day is that I once visited a (repair) garage not far from this place, and the fella was so off his tits on weed he was trying to unscrew fresh air.

For the man who really doesn't have everything, and so needs a little more luggage space to carry it . . .

Built-in 1968, this left-hand-drive Jaguar E-Type 4.2 series-1 roadster has been stretched by four and a half inches during a major restoration carried out by CMC.

The reversing light hides the removable hitch mechanism when the trailer is not in use

“With nine inches more wheelbase, the 2+2 was too long to be beautiful, but the four and a half inches added to the Kaizen E-type could make the car even more beautiful than the original Series I edition.” – Paul Branstad, Owner

i guess if you need to ask, like me you cannot afford it ;)

on the plus side it weighs so much it'll never go fast enough to matter!!

Assuming you don't get a Darwin award trying to ride it.

Everything I don’t want mine to be when it’s (eventually) finished!

At least it has steel wheels.
