I think mobile cranes are exempt from MOT tests which may have been relevant back when it was on the road.

How often do they get that far and then realise that getting glass made to fit is a bigger challenge than all the bodywork effort?

That Iv*co (im)mobile library is  a great idea. At least you’d have somewhere to sleep and have a read  whilst you wait for the RAC.

Plus, when the inevitable happens all that lovely paper will help the bastard burn.
