Fuck me this looks cheap at 8 grand, i’d love it!

So would I, but I would crash it IMMEDIATELY, which would be a shame.
Engine-swap looks neatly done.

Want  a big estate/MPV/Crossover that's not your run of the mill choices?

How about a slightly down, but honest Dodge Journey with a Long MOT thats actually good history wise(wear & tear) and comes with the VW diesel?

I like that a lot. Rip the seats out, would make a great car for the dog.

I’m guessing that clutches are difficult to do in these then?

I’d take a guess that they’re virtually unobtainable - can’t be many diesel manual Caravans.

Plenty of diesel, manual Volkswagens out there though, and that's where it comes from

Sachs clutch kit is £124 on AutoDoc for this at the moment

The car is fitted with 2.2 diesel engine of the type used in Mercedes C and E class, which is virtually indestructible and over all the lifespan (upto 350k mls) doesn't need any attention apart from regular oil&filter change.

cylinder head gasket blown with the usual symptoms .... Because of current condition she is not drivable and must be trailed away.
