I do like the look of this quite a bit. It looks like it’s being sold by that supercheapies nutcase from the other week though. The eBay description is just word diarrhoea

Curiosity Car... Gawping, What the Hell is it? My word were they that SMALL? Its a TIME WARP car Right Here, get yourself into the Mad world of modern classics CHEAPLY with this 28 years old oddball... Im actually aghast at how fascinating I find this considering it doesn't seem like two minutes ago me and our young un were buying them for 100 apiece at John o Gaunts Rothwell and maybe making a oner after spending god knows how much to prepare them ready for sale, in fact this poverty model would normally be dismissed as it didn't have power steering or even brake assistance BUT YET here I am now DYING to get in the thing to bomb it around our carpark just outside our gates, IM LOVING it, NOSTALGIA has so many ways to manifest itself... I think its the colour, condition & mileage that sets this apart from any of the hundreds we have owned in the past & how we see them now at the TRULY incredible price, what can you buy nowadays thats anything like as reliable? as strong as this is? As LOW MILES as this has or indeed as anyone has had.. 52k miles.. Solid bodywork... Fantastic Colour that just screams out ODD!! if you are an artist, a fabricator, an author, a craftsman or craftslady, a clown, an idiot or some body with an enormous pair of BALLS you cannot miss this little PUG, tell you what my 66 year old arms and shoulders were put to the test by the car being so damn hard to steer without pas like how the hell did we manage to park them in tight little areas? 595 for a piece of MOTORING HISTORY that will get you into all the Classic car Shows, Modern Curios and even into the posh stately home meetings where you can mix it up with the grand Lord & Lady Massive Piles who arrive and plant their Chauffeured Rolls Royce Phantom V upon the red carpet green grass, you turn up in this PUG park alongside and greet the guy with a nice Yorkshire hey up lad how's it doing mate?, fancy an 8 Ace (viz readers will get that!) its actually like a TOY car that you buy as a kit to build up, in fact the other day on hot deals Uk I saw a mecanno toy car at about 300! Ok that is an extraordinary amount BUT they are a worthwhile Micro-engineering exercise SO Im not comparing like for like its just that it seems weird to have a real genuine future classic here thats actually got MOT until March next year That drives Lovely And Looks AWESOME for ONLY 595 its SICK but SWEET.......Speedo Alert Explanation, last year the speedo stopped working SO the chap we got the car from purchased a second hand one with 101k on the clock, he could not find a more suitable miler SO what could the GUY DO?.. We do have hold of the old unit that States the miles at 51k.. so taking into consideration that the miles have been so low yearly we can fairly guess that it wont be far out by suggesting its correct miles will be 52k, for want of originality the best thing to do would be to send the original clock off to be repaired by a specialist and then returning it back on the car.. the VOSA mot check can confirm all this online.01405 766618 or 07484 161397..OLD BUT GOLD Motoring at prices AFFORDABLE to everyone.. Modern Classic.. we have had interest from auctions seeking the car to add to their upcoming classic car auctions as the price would be the ENTRY LEVEL for someone with desires to join car clubs, car shows, jumble motoring organisations, old car blogs and forums etc I actually understand the reason why these well looked after Motors are so desirable, they fit in to be used daily and are as funky as the clothes that you wear differently.. its not a LOOK AT ME Im just the same as them, them and them! NO its individuality like WHO the HELL ELSE is GONNA HAVE ONE? And And and NEW CAM BELT & WATER PUMP 200 march 20

Come across this fella's fb group today.

He's got a warehouse with about 150 cars in along with a load of other crap.  All needs clearing.

Prices seem a bit salty but a lot of ford tax etc..

Stupidly he seems to have put out details of all the ones he can get out then has been inundated with enquiries about cars he cant yet sell..

Weird! You have to wonder at the logic some car companies come up with for marketing. How can we promote ourselves? TV advert, facebook campaign, maybe a 0% finance package for our customer? No lets make a single make pickup series of racing at great expensive no-one will ever see.

Anyway 9 grand seems alright for this although I'm not sure exactly what you'd do with it other than make high speed tip runs.

I was sitting in a dismal rainy queue for Heanor tip today, and through the railings I heard a lot of wheelspinning and turbo whistling sounds and one of these pickups came thundering past!!!! I actually disbelieved what I saw thinking 'who the hell would waste their time souping one of those ridiculous things up? I must have been mistaken' and lo and behold heres exactly what I saw. Amazing!!!!

He's made a rod for his own back there, the page and his mailbox will be swamped with idiots forever. No-one needs to know anything about any of that guff; drag the cars  out and photograph and sell them as they come, don't tell folk anything they don't need to know.

For all the supercharging tech that Mazda poured into the 626 Comprex - and it was a lot  - they still only got 75hp out of it, and dog slow into the bargain. Interesting dead end, though.

....and as long as the ANC hold the reins of power, the Rand is likely to devalue even further.

Pile in now.
