jumpingjehovahs
Useful thing this and am I right that the TDI is veg friendly? Comes with one odd wing mirror with a side repeater in, amazing seat fabric and a blue dashboard. I wonder if this was one of the last cars to have a colour matched in non-dreary black dashboard? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/224007985870 TooManyPeopleMovers
jumpingjehovahs
Love this. Has had the 1.3 engine swapped for the 1.6 from a Niva and that interior is великолепный. I think from the description, he’s trying to say the front brakes are stuck on? Not sure. Anyway, £1900 (about half it’s new list price in 1986!). https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254598343889

solderblob
1966 Buick Skylark. It's on Car&Classic so predictably not a bargain, but the price might not be entirely unreasonable if it's actually as good as it looks. So 5hat makes the survival rate around 50%, whereas all other sporty Passats V5, VR5, V6, VR6 are lucky if 10% survive, eventually there will only be W8s and in 20 years time to see aPassat that’s not a W8 will be a real event! I love the idea of them , pity they’re not a bit faster, the big engine medium size car was made obsolete by Torquemonster diesels with 8 speed boxes, see also ZT-260, S80 V8 , even the Thema 8.32 wasn’t much , if any , quicker than the 2.0 Turbo. It also makes me smile that e500 Mercs and 545 BMWs are worth a fraction of a W8 Passat.
