1992 Prelude 2.3 4ws - 1200; looks better in some photos than others but rare to see one that isn't fast and furioused / totally rotten / both

 

Ghostys one reminded me of how good looking they are standard; but in my mind's eye the jap import auto one a friend had 20 years ago had electronic instruments

These, like so many cars, were fantastic:

 

1. When they were new

 

2. 20 or 30 years ago when they were everywhere for £350 with an MOT. I had loads.

 

Now it's just a mostly forgotten Italian teabag that most kids would think is an Allegro. The much vaunted Alfasud handling would, in 2018, be very  average. A super 77/8 tidy 1300Ti maybe because it looks great. This plastic bumpered turd..........nah.

Oh gawd. That poor CX. Used it to move house almost eight years ago. Now I'm thinking it'd make a fine HubNut rescue, though I'm crap at electrics...

A bit too clean to banger race, but close in my book. Hateful pile of Ye Olde English shit.

At least he didn't make a grille for it out of some industrial roasting tins an extractor fan, like his poor old Sheerline ( maybe Princess, I'm not sure)
